Skills
Don't be mistaken - This is classed as a 100% sales role and you will be developing your own client base and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. However you will naturally have a distinct advantage over the competition as we have over 30 years experience and a proven track record of providing results in the IT Recruitment sector. You will also have regular targets to meet, as this is a results business, so a strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure are essential for this role.
