Motor Claims Handler

Rate: to £ 21.5 K (full-time (per year))
Zurich currently has exciting full-time opportunities for Claims Handlers to join their Commercial Motor Claims team based in Leeds. This team assess new commercial motor claims received and take responsibility for the full lifecycle of reviewing, resolving and finalising customers’ claims.
With proven experience within split liability and/or personal injury motor claims, you will have technical knowledge of relevant insurance products and services as well as knowledge of relevant legislation and legal liability. The work is fast moving and diverse so you will need the ability to multitask when juggling a variety of different claims as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail is a must within this role and with increased authority limits for settling claims you will act as a point of escalation within the team providing advice and guidance as required so ideally you will have or be working towards your ACII qualifications.
