Night Shift Line Controller, Worksop. Salary circa £22,000

An opportunity has arisen to join a successful Food manufacturing facility. Activities include:-

Ensure safe working practices are adopted at all times.
Ensure the hygiene of your team, machinery and working areas meets the sites hygiene standards at all times.
Co-ordinate the transfer and correct use of materials from preparation, ensuring traceability is maintained at all times.
Adhere to the product specification all times to manufacture quality products within time and quantity parameters.
Drive and motivate team to meet and exceed daily targets and deadlines (i.e. Units Per Man hour)
Accurately and timely complete all required documentation to enable clear traceability.
Communicate and update all relevant parties of any issues or changes.
Monitor and action all waste control initiatives.
Manage, coach, and develop all direct reports.
Monitor, manage direct reports attendance.
Conduct job rotation to reduce health and safety risks and to multi skill team.
Ensure 100% completion of daily rituals.
Attend taste panels when required.
Drive our Food First culture within the team.
To encourage colleagues to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.
