Rate: £ 18 to £ 23 K (full-time (per year))
THE ROLE: Telesales Executive
THE SALARY: £18,000 Basic, £23,000 OTE (Uncapped)
Our client, who have been trading for over 10 years, is looking to expand their sales team with the addition of a Telesales Executive based out of their office in Leeds. Our client has a turnover of over £2 million and has a client base within the UK and in Europe. For the right candidate, the chance to advance within this firm coupled with training to keep their skills up to date is on offer coupled with a good basic salary and generous commission scheme.
THE ROLE
Telesales Executive
Selling network support services, IT support, IT migration and Project Management services
Contacting potentially new clients with a view of arranging a meeting with one of the Business Managers
Contacting existing clients with a view of cross / upselling, gaining referrals as well as ensuring they're satisfied with the services received.
Selling into all types of industry and company sizes (SME's, Blue Chips and Public Sector)
A mixture of new business and account management
THE PERSON
Must have telesales experience, ideally from a business to business background but business to consumer experience will be considered.
Experience in IT sales would be a big advantage.
A proven track record is desirable but not essential
Any IT qualifications would be an advantage
Must be confident in dealing with all levels, ranging from junior technician up to board level
