Hospitality & Client Experience Manager\n\nSalary: £30,000 - £40,000 + bonuses\n\nWe are partnering with a highly respected luxury brand to appoint a Hospitality & Client Experience Manager within their signature location.\n\nThis is a rare opportunity to take ownership of the client experience journey in an environment defined by craftsmanship, discretion, and exceptional standards - while building a long-term career within a prestigious luxury business.\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nThis role sits at the heart of the client journey.\n\nYou will shape how clients are welcomed, hosted, and remembered - ensuring every interaction feels seamless, personal, and aligned with a truly high-end environment.\n\nWorking closely with internal teams across marketing, client services and post-sale support, you will play a key role in ensuring a consistent and elevated experience across all touchpoints.\n\nThis position also offers exposure to wider business operations and provides a strong platform for long-term progression within a luxury brand environment.\n\nFrom private appointments to exclusive in-showroom events, your focus will be on delivering a level of service that is effortless, intuitive, and quietly exceptional.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDeliver a polished, discreet and highly personalised client hosting experience\n\nOversee all aspects of in-showroom hospitality, maintaining consistently high standards\n\nCurate memorable experiences for VIP and high-net-worth clients\n\nPlan and execute private events and exclusive client activations\n\nCollaborate with internal teams to support client engagement initiatives and brand experiences\n\nEnsure a seamless end-to-end client journey across all touchpoints\n\nManage and develop a small team of junior hosts, leading from the front\n\nIntroduce and refine hospitality procedures and service standards\n\nBuild strong, lasting relationships with clients as a trusted brand ambassador\n\nAbout You\n\nYou understand what exceptional service looks and feels like - where detail, timing, and discretion are everything.\n\nYou may currently be working within:\n\nPremium or first-class cabin crew for a leading international airline\n\nLuxury hospitality, boutique hotels, or private members' clubs\n\nA high-end retail or showroom environment with strong clienteling exposure\n\nYou will bring:\n\nImpeccable presentation and communication skills\n\nA natural ability to anticipate needs before they arise\n\nConfidence working with discerning and high-profile clients\n\nA calm, composed and detail-driven approach\n\nExperience supporting or mentoring more junior team members\n\nA genuine passion for delivering refined, personalised experiences\n\nA desire to build a long-term career within a luxury brand\n\nWhy This Role?\n\nJoin a brand synonymous with heritage, craftsmanship, and prestige\n\nWork within a beautiful, client-focused showroom environment\n\nGain exposure to multiple areas of the wider business, including client services and brand experience\n\nPlay a key role in shaping and elevating the client journey strategy\n\nBe part of a business where client experience is central to long-term success\n\nBH35995
